I tend to eat when stressed. Crunchy, salty things take the edge off. My husband retired 2 1/2 years ago and the marriage is going downhill after 18 years. I'm trying to continue to function normally in the midst of his passive/aggressive moods. It's hard but I tend to get more "in control" when things get out of control so I started back on Sparkpeople to at least get myself under control in the situation instead of worrying myself into a heart attack (my blood pressure is going up under the stress).
