at the moment I'm a 4. I'm just so tired and cold. But I'm going to do my best to find my motivation and really pull it together by the time I go to the gym. A long weekend away has put me in a lazy mood.

I would say a 9 and that is because me and my mom have worked out already, but I want to keep on. I am taking a little break and then going to go back at it! We have a little bet going on to see which one of us can lose the most weight... well, it's going to be me! emoticon

Right now from 1-10, i'm a 6 but in about an hour or two i think i'll rev up some more energy & motivation from the sprksites & blogs. I think by then i'll be around an 8 or 9. It will be exercise time then! 45 min. on my Eliptical machine. emoticon

Increase my fitness minutes.
Strength train regularly in addition to cardio.

i feel like about a 4 today. i haven't been feeling well the past few days with my sinuses draining...sore throat and nausea. i don't feel like eating or working out and my motivation sucks...instead of really working to reach my goal of 135, i'm having thoughts of 'well, 155 isn't so bad and it's only 15 lbs away. maybe i'll stop there. and what's so wrong with 170? i lost over 20 lbs, that's enough isn't it?' i hate when i get this way, but i'm tired and feel icky. i need to get my butt back on track with a quickness.
