"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?" - Alice from Alice in Wonderland
I learned as a child that me and sodas don't mix (incipient diabetic back then; now a definite Type 2). I hated all diet sodas for the aftertaste. Really like club soda or seltzer water. I own a sodastream disguised as a penguin. If you do a bit of googling, you can find a DIY for making your own sodastream machine use the industrial tanks. Lasts me about a year.
---- There is no such thing as the final success in life. What is really meaningful is the courage to face the next minute, the next hour, the next day.
way to go - this is something I need to do. But I have to cut all carbonation due to GERD. Hardest thing to do when you live in the country and your water is yellow. We are going to purchase a water dispenser so we can get large quantities of water - once I have that, my chance of success will sky rocket.
The bear, the deer, the great eagle - these are our brothers.
Woo-hoo! I had to give up even the carbonation, due to bone loss... but this is a great time of year to start something... my last diet soda was on 12/27/2009... a red letter day with a deferred Christmas dinner.
Enjoy your new machine!
