Great Job. Maintenance can be harder than losing the weight. And losing weight is very hard. Keep it up.

I am finally exercising more consistently. T, Th, F, and if it rains I will kick my husband out of the Livingroom to get in the cardio to finish my daily step count of 12,500. emoticon

I eat chips every day, but instead of a half bag like in the old days, it's now 21 grams of reduced sodium chips. Still pretty good and fixes my craving for about 120 calories. If they're a trigger though, still best to avoid.

I went shopping for a neighbor she had chips on the last and only those on her made it int the cart and my favorite were next to the ones she wanted .

Even though I was frustrated yesterday having to deal with fire ants invading the house for the 4th day, I STILL RODE MY BIKE...a stationary recumbent. And know what? That exercise took away some of the frustration. And to think I was going to give myself a 'pass' not to ride yesterday!?!
