Great Job. Maintenance can be harder than losing the weight. And losing weight is very hard. Keep it up.

I eat chips every day, but instead of a half bag like in the old days, it's now 21 grams of reduced sodium chips. Still pretty good and fixes my craving for about 120 calories. If they're a trigger though, still best to avoid.

Even though I was frustrated yesterday having to deal with fire ants invading the house for the 4th day, I STILL RODE MY BIKE...a stationary recumbent. And know what? That exercise took away some of the frustration. And to think I was going to give myself a 'pass' not to ride yesterday!?!
