Way to go! You have to start somewhere, right? You will feel even better next time you exercise.

My first few weeks of food tracking was just to see what I was eating, so I could start learning and make better choices. You will develop healthier habits and be hitting those goals soon enough.

I did not want to do even 10 minutes of exercise, but I did! Even though it's such a small amount of time, I feel very proud for telling myself I'd do it and doing it even though I didn't want to.

I didn't want to track my food, because I knew I'd already gone way over my goal for the day, but I did! I did because knowing is better than not knowing. I can't hide from my choices, so best to face them and move forward!
