Wawa is a stop that I often make because I travel a lot during my work day from client to client. I like to pick up coffee and tea, and before my regular Sparking, I would grab all kinds of junk food. Popcorn, chips, ice cream, candy bars. I'm so proud to say that for the last month I have completely broken this habit! I still stop in 2-3 times a week, but it's only to get a drink, or maybe a protein bar or yogurt. There was one day that I picked up a bag of popcorn, circled the Wawa, and then put it back and reminded myself that I DON'T NEED THAT. Ever since then, I don't even think about it!
