I have also been intermittent fasting. What my secret is, is using shiritake noodles, (aka skinny noodle). They have no cal, or very very low calories and no carbs. They can be a bit chewy as a noodle, but I rinse them really well and put half in a blender with some ice and a tiny handful of frozen berries or banana. I add some water and maybe a splash of almond milk. The resultant thick shake is super filling and negligible calories. The noodles are indigestible fibre so filling but no calories really.
