My husband and I just finished a very nice 15 day cruise to and from Hawaii.... and I was worried about backsliding on my eating plans and gaining back hard lost pounds. But.... when I weighed the day after we got home, I found I'd actually lost one pound during that time. The buffet lost. I was religious about planning what to eat, not grabbing convenient snacks all the time, walking on the deck on sea days, and most of all, being careful of portion sizes. That included a small dessert every night and an occasional cocktail. And I had a wonderful time too!
