I walked a mile and 1/2 today with a friend! This was huge for me as I fight mobility issues.

Nothing ever changes if nothing ever changes.

I do some running/jogging intervals now and then for intensity, but mostly I just walk. It has been very helpful in both losing weight and staying fit. Stick with it! emoticon

Didn't run this morning, as planned. But, early evening decided to go and walk, instead. So, grateful I did my exercise today.
