Practicing in the choir requires standing (usually) and respiratory effort, which makes this equal to walking at a very leisurely pace. So, then, yes...it does count. Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. So, exercise is about health and well-being, which counts for a lot! Keep on Sparking, friend!

Yesterday I didn't get much exercise in. I was wondering if practicing in the choir for a half hour would be exercise. Today I made up for it. Got more exercise in.
