I agree that avoiding sugar is the key for good health and weight loss!
I have been sugar-free for a long time.

I've been carrying that last pesky 15-20 pounds for about 15 years now!! Finally, finally ... I'm 3 pounds from goal.

This final weight loss has been almost all diet, as my exercise consistency has certainly been lagging this year.

If I had to pick ONE key word - this would be it: SUGAR

Just thought I would share my one-word success ... probably not a big surprise to anybody!
