The thing that has worked best for me is Tracking. It makes a world of difference to me. Not being honest about it really does hurt my progress. Even when I go over, it is best when I track.

The thing I struggle most with is planning my meals, snacks, exercise time. It seems like someone needs me much of the time and my job is quite demanding. I don't get much down time, often not even lunch time, so when I get home, I have to do all my regular things and the mental planning you might do during odd moments of the day or on lunch or break.

Besides, being that busy is truly stressful.
