I had the habit before of asking myself what I could do better and then mentally picturing all the actions it would have taken to do better. Like not driving home with the chip bag in the passenger seat. Instead either leaving them in the store or putting them in the trunk so that I am not mindlessly eating them. That is not the best example but, it works.

HI.
One thing that works for me is to concentrate on eating enough freggies. They help fill me up and I believe that their nutritious value helps.

My first "what has worked" is drinking water and then asking myself if I am hungry.
"What doesn't work?" Not planning and just eating whatever is handy.
