I can't eat much first thing. One thing I can choke down is a peanut butter and sugar free jelly sammie, so that's my default breakfast, usually.

I HATE breakfast. I get a little sick to my stomach when I eat it but if I eat it slowly enough I can usually handle a protein bar. I like the special K ones that seem almost like candy. Not the best attitude to have to breakfast but I am trying to bump up the fruit and veggie intake.

Anyway, getting breakfast under control is awesome!!!!

I'm trying, trying, trying to get my motivation level up enough to get a running start. So hard for me to plan, cook, pack, and be prepared for the next work day. If I could get that down, I'd be off and running (so to speak; need to work on THAT too, lol). Food first, exercise shortly thereafter. Anyone have great breakfast ideas for eating AFTER I GET TO WORK? Not enough time before I leave for work usually.
