Hi, I am brand new here, but not to weight struggles. For about 12 years I've been steadily gaining weight. I plan to start making changes now before I am 200lbs or waste any more days living this way. I am apprehensive whenever I "start" again because I have failed many times and also know that it will take hard work. I am trying to convince myself of just how necessary it is to make my weight loss a priority and make changes. This time I plan to focus on the day-to-day; the now, opposed to the near or distant future. Whether the weight comes of slowly or quickly, I will be glad for a loss and not get discouraged. Anything is better than where I am right now. Any positive change is better than none.
