Yes!! I use it as often as I can, since I feel keeping track of everything is what is really going to hold me accountable to myself and allow me to finally lose weight. Tracking my food doesn't take very long, especially if I use a recipe and save it. I can just log on, select it from my "favorites" list and I'm done in less than 30 seconds. Saving workouts is SO easy too! I have several "regular" routes which I walk all the time, so I used the "Map Your Route" tool to track just how far and where I walked on a real map of my city, and I can select that from my saved routes anytime and, again, I'm done in less than 30 seconds!

Just to show you how busy I am, I have 3 part-time jobs and work over 60 hours a week. Take the time and remind yourself that it is for YOU. Hope this helps! Feel free to message me if you need help figuring out how to do any of these things! :)

people use the site in varying degrees. If I'm crunched for time, the basics are to track nutrition and fitness. Next I run the list of Spark Points, hitting the articles, quizzes, trivia because they provide some good information. Then I check my friend feed and see what my buds are up to

How much you do is up to you, your available time and how involved you want to be..

It can easily become a time drain.

Hey there, Do people really use this stuff? I'm not very technologically saavy and I just wonder how much people use these things. And if they do, how much time does it typically take? I'm a busy mother of two (age 3 and 1) and work full time so I can't spend too much time on the computer. Looking forward to some good tips and help in my journey. Thanks!
