Hope your all well. I am new here and excited to be able to share and learn with others how to adopt a healthy life style and achieve weight loss goals. I do some walking and exercising but it is not continuous or daily but kind of mood motivated. I desire to be able to loose my tummy fat, bring my cholesterol levels down and feel fit and healthy.
