I just wanted to say hello and thank the forums for your daily messages. It is getting me motivated and has helped me make positive changes in myself over the past few months. I am taking the Chick-Fil-A Nashville challenge and it is helping me get used to tracking and increasing my activities - tracking my intake is another challenge I would like to tackle. However, with my Advocare family I have added healthy - nutritional supplements and meal replacements to my day and am beginning to drop some "middle" weight !! It is amazing. But the best news is dropping my cholesterol and blood sugar #s!! I have found a local Zumba class and WILL make the time for MYSELF - my biggest ever challenge. I am a 42 yr old full time working mother of two, wife, and keeper of a garden and 10 acres with a dog, cat and 7 chickens. Not a slacker, but with hypothyroidism could not drop the weight !! Thanks for your continued support - I feel like I have started to transform and MUST keep up the faith.
