Today I decided to begin an eat right and get fit journey. I've tried dieting before and got stuck in the yo-yo effect. My goal is to stick with an exercise plan and to reduce the amount of sugary foods I eat and replace them with more healthy choices. Instead of obsessing about losing weight, I've decided to focus on increasing my fitness age.
