Hello,
I am working on creating a habit of working out each day amongst a crazy busy schedule, homeschooling, helping with homebased business, and life in general.

I am choosing positive self motivation this time. And I am enjoying myself this time.

Hi...I'm involved in a few challenges right now along with Biggest Loser. I figure each challenge will compliment and help the other so I'm looking forward to seeing some good results if my game plan works. Hope you all have a successful day!!!

I have lost 50 pounds. I have stagnated, hovering at 171. I am starting this challenge to get me back to consistent exercise and to tone up. I am 65 and a high school art teacher from Georgia. I will retire at the end of this school year.

Hi Team! I am looking to get back into my girlish figure safely and healthily. I also like mini-challenges to keep me focused so I don't get burned out.

I'm excited to join this team!!!

Hi!
I have technically just started again. I started last week, and did day 1 & 2, then had some very rough days that it was a wonder that I decided to even wake up. So I have started at day 1 again. I know this is something that I can do, and I am looking forward to the day a month from now when I can say "YASSS!!! I DID IT!"

Every minute is a new minute,
Every hour is a new hour,
Every day is a new day,
Every week is a new week,
Every month is a new month,
Every year is a new year,
Every moment is a new start.

Hi everyone. I'm on day 3 of the challenge. I don't exercise on the weekends so this challenge will take more than 30 days but it will help keep me on track. I don't mind exercise but it's easy for me to slack off so I'm hoping to stir up some enthusiasm for it during this challenge. Good luck to everybody.

Hi SP team I have been here for quite a while .. I am not very good in making a routine when it come to exercise.. I joined this challenge to motivate me to keep up with the exercise I am well over 50 pounds and in my 50"s which is even harder to lose it..on Day 1 I did the whole exercise routine and was sore but proud to have accomplish it.. also I did my walking for the cardio part hopefully one day I can jog..this challenge is fun for me and that is something for a person who hates to exercise because of being sore.. emoticon

Taking one day at a time.
I know that I can do it.

Hello fellow SP Team. emoticon I've been a SP member more than a year but not participated in challenges or forums (not a lot of online time). I found how to join this team today but I've been doing this challenge for 6 days now. I believe I can be online 30 days. I will do what I can, when I can, as long as I can for this team. I will try to remember to RECORD what I've done. I conquered drinking 8 glasses (or more) per day last year (2016) but used flavored Propel water. I'm drinking non-flavored water 2017.

When I joined SP last year, I had already lost 60 lbs by changing food choices & amounts, but needed inspiration to keep it off. I still need to lose 50 more. I know I need more activity (exercise), so my goal this year is to find motions I can manage with or w/o internet connection.

Hello! I'm Liz, and a long time SP user. I've been active in many communities here, and with the support of fellow sparkers I've trained for and completed 7 half marathons. But 5 years ago I moved from the desert to the Pacific Northwest, and the spark went out. I started back last year, but several injuries had me sidelined since May. I am going to do the 30 day Jump Start as a way to get back in the regular exercise habit, S-L-O-W-L-Y and not re-injure myself by doing to much to soon.

Not new to spark but I am starting over. Need a jump start but I wasn't sure what to do, these workouts all look like something I can do. I am really awful at finishing challenges, even ones I set for myself so doing this is going to be a big milestone for me.

Day 3 here - Trying to focus mostly on tracking EVERYTHING (yep, those single bites of peanut butter ARE killing me!).

I have about 80 lbs to lose, to get to my fantasy weight anyhow. Truthfully 60 lbs is probably more realistic. LOL

Looking for strength and encouragement!

*waves* Kat, here. I'm 29 and hoping to lose my first 20 pounds by the end of the year (which also happens to be mine and my husband's first anniversary). I'll have close to another 100 to go after that, but baby steps.

I've looked through the challenge and figured it would mesh well with the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge videos I'm also doing. Unfortunately, the days don't really line up well naturally (plus I'm starting five days apart) so I'm jumbling up the days of this challenge so I'll be working target areas and taking my cardio rest days together.

HI to all. This is my 3rd challenge of 2016. My mantra for this year is "small changes=big rewards". It is proving successful. In the past, I tried to do too many challenges and habit changes at once and ended up never sticking with it. Now I do one challenge at a time and one small habit (like fruit with breakfast) every few weeks. Finally, I am staying focused and not getting derailed. So keep it small to keep focused and check in everyday fellow Sparkers!!!

I'm Gill, and I'm using this Challenge as my March focus to support Spark Guy's Ultimate Life Challenge. I'm pretty steady on walking, yoga and running - but abysmal at any kind of 'hard' work or weight training - I want to push myself a bit harder in March.

Hi All, I've been an SP member for several years. In that time - with some ups and downs - I have lost a total of 60 lbs. I still have a ways to go - but am solidly on my way. I use SP mainly to track my intake and exercise. Being a mom to 3 (17; 18; 21) busy young adults and working full time does not allow me a lot of time for online social activity. I am in the midst of a 12 week non-SP strength training challenge, but will add these workouts to that at a different time of the day. Signed up yesterday but actually doing day one today. Good luck all!

Hi everyone! My name is Jenn and I actually was on Sparkpeople and a motivator for years, under the username "blackrose_222". But I fell out of it, and hit a pretty hard depression - and of course, gained back lots of weight, plus some.

I restarted a new account, and decided to take this one day at a time. I'm just now starting to get back into healthy habits, so I'm going to attempt this challenge for March (starting a day early, today). Good luck to everyone! emoticon

Hi I'm Tami! I've been with SP for years but kind of withered away from it for a while. Now it's time to get back to it and get my weight under control and start working out again. I'm trying to be more accountable for my actions. I am looking forward to the next 30 days with this challenge.

I'm BattleofEndor, and I just completed the 21 New to Spark Challenge Thingie, and needed a new daily motivator that will take me beyond "30 minutes on the stationary bike every day." This challenge seemed like exactly the sort of thing I was looking for - diverse work-outs, solid goals, and a good kick in the motivation.

I'm looking forward to the next 30 days!

May the Force Be With You!

Hi I'm Sue. I'm just getting back to exercise and losing weight after a long hiatus from SP, I am not really one who likes to exercise so this is hopefully going to help me work on areas and stay committed to my goal of regularly using the treadmill sitting in the basement. So far so good - we are getting reacquainted - although today was a "rest day" - aside from the challenge.
