Sorry I'm late to the party just found the invite today; make that yesterday. Did day one w/ 5 lb and I agree, low bench was hard. Looking forward to day 2. emoticon

Hello and Happy New Year.
I just joined this challenge and made it through the first day. Day 1 on Jan. 1.

With the strengthening exercises, I did pretty well, just stared with 3 lb weights until I can get to more reps. Hard to do exercises on my step bench, because it is low to the ground. But did them.

As for the 30 m in. exercises, I started just by walking around in the basement, but decided to go out into the warm 11 degree temp with wind chill of 0. Bundled up, got my iPod and went for a walk. Feel great. I needed it. That is a BIG step for me.
