I do a lot of walks (I was jogging/ running- until injuries set me back); I like a variety of classes at my gym (Onelife); and I get out biking and doing some Wii fit. I am working on getting back to a routine, since I got out of my boot.

I walk, bicycle, and hike. I also do a little bit of Yoga and physical therapy exercises to keep my back from hurting.

Maintenance is as much work as losing, but it has the advantage of allowing us to do it in cuter clothes - BESSHAILE

What do you all do for exercise? I am trying an app that eases me into running- like walk 2 min, run 1 min for about a total of 30 min. I also am doing some of the challenges on here that show me some strength training. And I was pleased to see SparkTV. I set the parameters for 10-15 minutes and do a little workout to a video. Those smaller increments of time seem to be helping me to stick to it.
