since i barely have a week-2 weeks left of july i only have 2 goals, 1 make my appointment to the doctor for the results of my lab work. and 2 lose 2 pounds by the 28th of july.

oh well a third would be to get a sacle ^_^ kinda need that since im not goign to the Drs once a week just to weigh myself XD

1.) to beat my 4 week streak of more than 90 minutes of cardio a week
2.) adding boxing two times a week for 15 minutes

Restarting the weight loss thing again! July goals...although I am about 15 days late lol

Increase exercise with at least 30 min daily.
Lose 6 lbs by the end of the month.
Keep up with tracking all the way around!

I told myself that I really want to lose 10 pounds this month, so that is what I want to do. I've already lost one pound so I'm slowly getting there (woot woot!). I also want to keep my fitness streak going and to be sure to track everything that I eat and help motivate other Sparkers! We can do this! July is going to be a GREAT month! emoticon emoticon

1. Go to gym every other day.
2. Walk on days I'm not at gym (to keep active and not allow myself to get lazy).
3. Stretch everyday before shower.
4. Clean apartment at least once a week (trust me I sweat like a pig doing it).
5."Try" to cut back on bad foods (this will be hardest of them all).
6. Lots of water (which will be easy cause its so hot and I'm already a waterholic).

Edit: I didn't put any weight loss goals in because no matter how much I work out and am active I stay the same weight. I only change weight when I'm going on and coming off my cycle, but I've been stuck at 284.8 forever. Today I'm going to weight loss surgery orientation because I've spent the last 16-17 years dealing with my weight. So I'm only trying to stay active in hopes that it will soon become a part of my every day life and not just something I'm making myself do.

Okay, here are my goals:

1. Keep going to the gym at least twice, if not three times a week
2. start swimming again
3. read the motivational sentenses I put on my fridge door at least once a day
4. eat as healthy as I can when I go out
5. start thinking more positively.

My July goal is to drink alcohol no more than once per week, work out at least 5 times a week, and get 3 servings of vegetables every day. I will limit my late-night outings, make a workout schedule, and incorporate V-8 juice into my diet to help me achieve these goals.

My July goal is EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. I'm trying to make it a priority as soon as I wake up to hit the treadmill. I will be a morning exerciser if it's the last thing I do!!

my July Goals consist of Losing some weight for one..i have been stuck in a rutt for a few months now. I need to get out of that..my next goal is to use my elyptical trainer that is in my room and i have been staring at but not using at all. My next goal is to get outside more this summer..i know it's hot but we have a lot of trails and stuff to ride in midtown and i don't wanna miss out. My next goal is to change my eating habits. I havent' completely fell off i havent just been eating things i need to either. I have a lot to changea and i can do this!!!

1. No More Soda
2. I drink Water, but I need to MORE water throughout the day
3. Eat less meat and more Fruits and Vegetables
4. TRY to do at least 20-30mins of indoor walking instead of sitting on the couch all day
5. NO MORE fast food, instead, cook more healthy meals at home

-start sparking on a daily basis again
-drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. EVERY DAY!! not just on workdays when I have a water bottle at my desk.
-workout 5 days a week. 3 times with my trainer and twice on my own.
-go for a walk 3 times a week. Even for 30 minutes.
-lose 10lbs
-cut back on smoking
-keep my house stocked with fruits, veggies and other healthy snacks so I'm not as tempted to snack on junk food

1. Do 30 minutes of cardio on Mon. Wed. and Fri. and ST on Tuesday and Thursday
2. Stick to my recomended nutrient intake on my Nutrition Tracker
3. order an appetizer and a green salad or two appetizers when I dine out
4. Hike every Saturday

1. Cut back going out to eat to once a week.

3. Make one homemade meal each week (not TV dinners).

5. Climb Craig's Hill stairs and hill at least three times a week.

Make "Real Food" for me and my kids for dinner every night.
Leave the electronics off during the day--go out and play!

Reach my 5% loss goal weighing in at 247lbs and then try to surpass that and get to the low 240s!

Current: 253 lbs, so that would be a 6 pound loss in July to reach my goal.
