how about somethign different, I laredy track ALL my food. Workout 3 times a week, do at least 10000 steps a day and 5 miles of walking a week! I have a hard time finding challanges I am not already suceeding at! I am starting to get bored with the same stuff, any ideas?

For the month. Like goals everyone in the group should shoot for. Like working out 3x a week. Or like another one I'm in that has you tracking your nutrition.
