Wish I could've been better this holiday weekend. But I will compensate this week by exercising and eating super healthy. I was at my sister in law's house and ate pretty bad but the good thing I was able to spread the spark to them and was able to help them get their profile started. emoticon

i'm not going to partying it up this weekend, but i think i would constantly have a water bottle (or water cup) in my hand so i always have something to consume, i'm staying hydrated, making my tummy feel fuller than it really is, and increasing my metabolism!

I have a party this weekend and an out of town guest. I've been thinking of strategies of how to NOT overeat and blow off exercise since I'll have a guest in town. For the party I plan on bringing several healthy options to munch on.

How are you strategizing your weight loss habits this weekend?
