Thanks, yes I think maybe I need to vary my workout a bit. My daughter says I may not be eating enough. I usually do have a few calories to spare within my range, so I'll try to add a bit more.

Keep up the great work! Maybe try different workouts or adding more water?...or maybe you are at the weight you need to be?...

So I've been AF for three weeks since I started SP. My drink of choice was beer and I'm embarrassed to even say how many calories I was consuming from that. I've been exercising almost twice as much, have give up junk foods and all fried foods, eating whole wheat only, logging my calories, fitness and water intake - I think I'm doing all the right things, but lost 2 lbs the first week, second week lost one lb, and weighed myself today and no loss emoticon

Not giving up, though, hoping that I might see the scale go down a bit still.

What am I doing wrong? emoticon
