i think i am going to do yoga everyday.. 20 minutes one day 25 the next.. six days a week. instead of doing both of them on the same day and my strengh training. that way i am getting streching done plus i like it so much...
katy is eating celery like it is candy now ... yeah for her but she hid her greens behind her back and i found them after she ate . hahahaha

no worries I am not as sore as I was yesterday. and it was not like I could not move. actually I have backed off a day of cardio and started strength training. and yoga making my exercise moe rounded and flexible..i am trying things differently this way.

I agree we are admonished in the scriptures to not run faster than we have strength. I am learning that I progress faster when I listen to what I can do and only push a bit. Not to much. It is such a hard line to walk. But, you can do it.

You have a great plan but be careful about taking on too much. Spark research indicates that people who start off slower with exercise tend to stay with the plan much longer. I guess getting sore and injured cause you to slow down and give up.

Slow and steady. It is OK to be "pleasantly sore" but not stiff and having difficulty to move.

yeah if not he will have to wait one way or another cause once your one the circle going around cades cove, you only have two options to get back 7 miles 11 miles.. he will be carring katy too so that will make him more tired lol :)

The ride sounds nice. Will Hubby be patient with you? If you just do it while you are slow you will get faster. But, if you never start it will be hard to improve.

well today i am sore and i know this will last a few weeks the yoga will help allot but sore i will be. but I have had so many days i have not done a thing and i was sore too. inactivity makes my body sore too. the best part in all of this is i know the sore will wear off once i keep it up a few weeks. I do feel allot better and i got it done even though i keep putting it off tell almost noon. I was thinking bout when we go up to the smokies to take our bikes and going around the 11 mile track in cades cove by bikes. i have always wanted to do that maybe by three weeks I will not be as sore. and in better shape. no way I can keep up with my hubby who runs marathons but I can do my best...it is beautiful and it is even more so this time of year.. we will have to get a bike rack for the car and a seat for Katy girl too.. we have bikes. where i live you can't ride. no shoulder at all and the people are nuts out here they think the street i live on is a race track.. being out in the country has allot of disadvantages ...
