well today i am thinking i need to adjust my exercise program. as time goes on I feel like I will have to adjust things here and there. it was so funny doing yoga and Katy either trying to help or sitting on my lap etc if she was able to she is such a hoot. it is getting a little easier exercising and her behaving better. i think when she is a little older maybe she will want to do it with me.. what advantage for her. what I have learned from yoga proper breathing during exercise, posture, focus on different body parts, meditation, relaxation, flexibility and over all stress release.. what a great thing..
strength training is hard very hard. to be honest i don't think i have ever done it except with aerobics..i have never had upper body strength wonder at age 49 if I can get it, but i will not know until I try.. last night I ate yogurt, blackberries and some wheat germ oh my word it was sososos good. healthygrammy4
