Okay, so tomorrow is here today. Yesterday, today was tomorrow. So now I will live today and then tomorrow it will be yesterday. If I try to make all my yesterdays better than my imagined tomorrows I ought to be ahead of the game! Did that make sense?

I think eating an elephant one bite at a time is a good way to go, but.............. Hubby does most of the cooking around here. Tonight he made the most delicious cookies! So I guess I'll start on the elephant tomorrow. I think I said something like this last week.. Well tomorrow is a new day!

I still cook lots. I might try the granola bars. It sounds good. I am good enough at cooking. I still knit and crochet and such. Keep at it.

Hope all is going well for everyone.

Way to go! Using the recipe calculator really helps. I don't cook as much as I used to. Living alone really slows the eating down and I hate that many leftovers. When I cook or bake, I try to make sure there are others around who will eat my food. Then I can have a taste and give the rest away.

Hot pepper and sausage corn bread! Sounds really yummy! I guess if I spent less time knitting and more time cooking I might be better at it.

today i reached my goals as far as fitness. i also reached some other goals i made a very nutrience granola bar. with all kinds of extras so my hubby can have them to help him with enough calories cause of his job and running so much a week. yet it is low enough so i can have one a day as a cereal. topping or just to eat to get my carbs /grains in.. but i did it mormon style made enough for 6 kids teenage at that hahaha. that is ok i can freeze some. it has wheat germ, sunflower seeds almonds, for vit e, flaxseed for omega 3 oats, whole wheat flour, cranbery to help your erine track, apricots cause i had them around honey for allergies, raisons, apple sauce sugar free. all for 221 caleries a bar and no fake anything nor additives.. never know i had it in me go sparks.. recipes cal etc..
katy girl ate about a bar it was a hit with her. did i tell you the other day gave her sweet potato, greens , chicken well thought she had eat her greens gave her a wheat roll got her up after meal and there was the greens under her.. how funny is that. i pretended i never saw them..
it has been a good day oh i also changed my banana nut bread.. recipe.. cut sugar in half /added apple sauce, added 1/4 cup flaxseed wheat germ "that is tota for four loaves" will see if my hubby notices the changes ..
