I struggle being impatient with myself too. I also struggle to realize that I am making progress even if it is slow. I am not the same as I was last year or as I will be next year. I am taking time to learn and sometimes it is fast other times it is slow and I have setbacks but, I am still plugging away. You can do it. Just know you have started and move forward.

Figuring out how to build a healthier lifestyle is a process. I agree with Pam. Every time we do something we learn about ourselves. What works. What doesn't work. How it fits or doesn't fit into our lives. It all is a process. Let yourself learn and grow. It isn't about perfection but a process.

Each time you realize you did not make your best choice you can use it to figure out what you wish you would have done and learn and tweek. We will get better. Just keep moving forward.

oh my word.....i ate the average breakfast we eat on sundays mornings. i tried changing it up some so it would not be so unhealthy....1000 calories, all my fat for the day. i did not eat near the fat, carbs and junk i normally do. no wonder i am fat...that is just one meal of one day a week i was eating...mercy.....i am not even that full either.. i guess i will have 2 tablespoons of progresso soup and a cracker for supper. hahahahahah. maybe that way i will can drink all the water i am supposed to, just drink water when i am hungry. rice cakes and cardboard anyone. i always try to look at the cup being half full not half empty in life.. the tracker is a great wake up call...
normally i would say ok i blew it today now i will eat everything i want, tell i get it out of my system but today i will say ok lets think bout this... lets go to some of those low calorie meal ideas and get your veggies and fruit in...learn from this....plan better next sunday...just me ging
