I didn't realize the picture wouldn't enlarge. Here's what I see when I look at the bigger picture.

Days 1-6 - Wall Push-Ups. Start at 5 and add 1 each day.

Day 7 - Rest

Days 8-13 - 5 Wall Push-Ups each day and Chair Push-Ups. Start at 5/day for the chair push-ups and add 1 each day.

Day 14 - Rest

Day 15-20 - 5 Chair Push-Ups each day and Floor Push-Ups. Start at 5/day for the floor push-ups and add 1 each day.

Day 21 - Rest

Days 22-27 - Floor Push-Ups. Start at 11 and add 1 each day.

Day 28 - Rest

Days 29 - Do 18 Floor Push-Ups

Day 30 - Do 20 Floor Push-Ups

EDIT: I set up Wallies and/or Pushups under Team Goals for the month of October.

I often do wallies, even in the pool but the rest of those pushups are a thing of my past! Unless of course some handsome medic wants to come by and help me up off the floor. haha

Anything that will use a different set of muscles is a great idea, so thank you for the idea.

I'll start by heading over to the counter and doing a bunch today. Tomorrow I'll do the wall. And yes, doing counter pushes are effective. You can even do pushes sitting at your desk.
