3 Ingredient Mango Smoothie
DESCRIPTION
This simple protein-packed smoothie requires only three ingredients — mango, Greek yogurt and almond milk. Creamy, cool and deliciously refreshing on a hot summer day. You can use Almond Milk or Vanilla-Almond Milk
Recipe calls for regular almond milk but I use unsweetened almond milk
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup frozen mango chunks
* 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I use Vanilla Greek Yogurt)
* 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth
