07/28: 45 min walk. Couldn't jog as I some horrible muscle pain in my legs.

07/29: 1 hr walk, still can't jog. going camping today and i won't be exercising for the last two days of this challenge.

I'm sorry but I haven't been working out and I've been binging. Family drama has me in a very messed up mind state. So hopefully soon I can get back on track but yesterday I walked at least 45 minutes instead of going to the gym. I'll try and do better once I get myself on track.

I have been nailing the weight training, cardio and walk/jog miles so far this month. I join the team goals at the bottom of the team page so SP is keeping track for me too!

Torso Rotation - 60 lbs, 20 reps, 6 sets (12), 14 min.

Crunch Machine - 10 lbs, 10 reps, 10 sets, 7 min.

Back Extension - 40 lbs, 20 reps, 10 sets, 10 min.

Walked - 32 min total.

Bronxbabe: don't feel guilty. Especially since this would be your second day of no exercise this month! I don't know if this helps but skipping a day sometimes does wonders for me for the next time I exercise. I feel much more energetic and have better results.
I take a rest day (or two sometimes) every week. When I try to exercise every single day I feel burnt out after a while!!

40 min brisk walk/jog this morning.

Good morning.
I'm struggling this morning.
Yesterday, I was at the gym before 9:00 AM. I went in for cardio, but saw my trainer and asked if he would train me then instead of in the evening. I did an hour of upper body with him, and 50 minutes of cardio.

This morning, I got up and got dressed to go to the gym, but then I really didn't feel like going out. So I decided to just stay home and do my Tae Bo DVD. Now I don't feel like doing that, either. This makes me feel guilty, even though I have only taken two days off from exercise this month.

Not sure if I need a swift kick to JUST DO IT, or a hug. I'll take either.

I met up with some friends this morning for our own brand of interval training. We walked, jumped rope, went up and down a steep flight of stairs a few times (I took them two at a time to work these glutes), climbed some hills, walked, and jumped some more. I forgot to wear my pedometer, but I left home at 9:00 and got back at 11:19. It was non-stop moving (except for a quick potty break at the park house).

Did you hear that, scale? I expect to see some results on Saturday when I step on you again!

Heavy house cleaning 2 hrs 10 min. Burned between 841-1375... WebMD said 841 and Spark People said 1375 so really I have no clue, but I sweat my behind off thats all I could tell you.

Went to the park for my jog this morning but didn't have as much energy as I wanted to so it became a brisk walk. I still was sweating by the end so it counts! 3.5 miles.

Bronxbabe I totally agree with you being active feels so good emoticon .

Yesterday, I did my early morning walk, and I went to the gym for strength training in the afternoon. Didn't get to the gym on Thursday, but I am going back today. I'll be walking this morning, also.
