Ok so I'm down 3 lbs from last week (sorry thought weight in for here was saturday) making it a total of 3.8 lbs lost, but here is the problem:

I don't know if this counts but even though I had been drinking water all night. Had only a huge thick cup of coffee and 3 slices of cheese yesterday and technically didn't wait til I "woke up" to weight myself but the scale says 281.0. Thats a 3 lbs loss from last Saturday... I wonder if it still counts if I've been up all morning cleaning and drinking mad water? W/E I'll take it for now. If the scale goes back up it won't be anything new to me but it just proves my point, I can only lose when I forget to eat...

Cograts on the losses (no matter how small), and on being able to move without drugs! I keep saying I need to dust off my Pilates DVD, but I haven't done it yet.

My home scale has me down .6 this week, but I'm hoping the scale at my WW meeting will be more generous.

Whatever the scale says, I was able to wear a bathing suit yesterday ~ without shorts or a coverup ~ for the first time ever! My next goal is to wear a bikini.

I was able to do full squats and lunges without any pain. I had severe coccyx pain for the early part of this month (which I continually aggravated by ignoring it). I added pilates and yoga to my normal routine which has allowed me to get back into the action without the use of NSAID's. So that is a huge success for me.

160.4 this morning. That's 1.2 lbs loss since last Friday. I worked out every single day and didn't cheat on my food so I kind of hoped for more but I am happy. A loss is a loss!

I wore a pair of short that was tight in June now loose in the thigh/butt area those lunges and
sqart work. This week I will focus more on my abs & waist.

Great job!!! Stay consistent & weight will balance out, especially those who are weight training. I gained muscle weight, but soon enough cardio helped with the fat. I recommend tracking every morsel you eat for at least one week straight if you're in doubt about your real calorie intake. emoticon

How many pounds lost? How many inches? Track them here to help motivate everyone to continue their journey. OR finally easing back into clothes that were headed to the donation bin.
