I've found one way to track these workouts:

On each day, as you work through the exercises, click through to the description - there you will find you can 'add to tracker'.

Do each exercise, click through each one, add to tracker.

At the end of your day's workout, you can go to your tracker and 'create a group'. I've created a group for each of the days (eg Day 14 Jumpstart - yoga stretches). Then you can EDIT the group and change the minutes (as the tracker gives every exercise 5 mins - which is obviously not true!)

There is not. I'd recommend using one of the generic "strength training" entries in your tracker to account for the workout.
