Click on Account/Email Preferences at the top left of your Start page, then scroll down to change your activity level.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the advice Jenn! You're always so wonderfully helpful!

As far as the activity level, where is that at, if you wouldn't mind informing me. :)

After about 4-6 weeks of doing the same thing daily, your body gets used to it and it's not the challenge it once was. I would only count something as cardio exercise if it keeps your heart rate up in the cardio zone for at least 10 minutes at a time. Instead, I would recommend setting your activity level in your program setup to "active", which will increase your calorie range. Then any exercise you do outside of your job you would track in your fitness tracker.

Your plan sounds like a good one on the days when you clean.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

So, I had to go back to my cleaning job.
After I clean for X amount of hours, I'm wiped. I don't want to do anything at all.

I have seen "heavy cleaning" as a cardio option in Sparkpeople's Fitness Tracker, but I don't think my heart is usually pumping for the entire hour, but boy do I get sweaty!!

I was considering, that the days that I manage to clean (I work with the Handy platform), I just clean and do the strength training and call it a day. Maybe do the strength training before my drive to my assignment, and then I can come home and shower and eat a nice snack or meal.

I just would like some opinions!
Thanks! :D
