I have been using my stationary bike for about a week now. I ride for 45 minutes every day. Right now it's just leisurely peddling, but I will probably start increasing the resistance next week.
I had a lot of success doing this about 10 years ago.
I think it's helpful. I feel a little stronger and I've lost about 3 pounds.

Have a flexibility exercise routine I do each a.m. Rest of day just try to get the steps in for the Fitbit on my wrist. Just signed up for the Spark Limited Exercise Challenge. Hope to get back to Silver Sneaker classes when the community center opens back up.
