Alright alright.
I will join the challenge. I will try to do it anyway:-)

So if I can add play time with the dog---that is running about the back yard and chasing him, I get out of breath so I figure it should count (also squat and such while playing) as I do get a good workout playing with him---
I have:
11/01- cant remember so won't count it.
11/02- dog play 10 min
11/03- dog play 15 min
Will check back in after my dinner settles and see if I do planks and sits.

Amy's November challenge:


We are entering food season, so we canít stop now. We are going to ask you to make another minutes pledge for the month of November. If you didnít join in last month, please join us this month. All you need to do is post the date, what you did, how many minutes, and total number of minutes so far for the month done/pledge.

In addition we are asking you to do a little extra. Letís work on our triceps, core, and legs. Every day try to get in 5 planks and 5 wall sits - each being a minute or longer if you can hold it. If you canít do a minute yet, do it for as long as you can. Then every other day see how many chair dips you can do until you reach failure. (And these count towards your minutes!) November is YOUR MONTH!

*** You can do either or both parts of the challenge. Your choice. ***
