I started out at 450 and am now at 374. I'm starting to feel the urge pick up again since being prescribed yet another prescription. My doctor told me if I can get down to 225 or so I can probly go off of all my meds! So I gotta do it. It's either throw in the white rag or just do it and i'm starting to live and it's been a long time since i've done so many things. I'm starting to feel better and I keep telling myself to just keep moving!! Any ideas on this would be great thanks!
