Yeah, I made it! I'm still shocked, WOW! I'm ready for the next 10. I want to tweak the numbers, continue to track my food and stay in my Weight Watcher point range. I've done better with my waters, I hope to keep it at 8 a day. My hubby gave me a new cup, it's a "tervis" it holds 24oz so all I need is 3 of these a day. I would like to get in 30 minutes a day of cardio consistently then I believe I will see the scale lower. Now that I said that my main focus this next will be the food tracker and the Cardio.
