I'm doing good on two the 1 fruit/veggies 2x a day and the gym 3x a week.

The 8 hours of sleep one is killing me though

I am ok on some... and others I am way behind. I am doing good on my excersise one and on journaling. The 2 I thought I would do lousy at LOL.

I think we're all doing pretty good, just starting out!!!

My goals are to drink 8 cups of water, listen to an up beat song, and not to drink soda. So far, I've only met my water quota today but I've accomplished the other two goals.

Great job!!! You must feel so proud of yourself!

My goals have been to read an inspirational quote (which I have been doing, and posting up on Facebook and on my SP status), to exercise for 10 minutes each day, and to track my food. So far, I have tracked my food diligently every day, but I missed out on exercising yesterday because I hurt my back. Today it has been feeling much better, so I got a great half-hour workout in!

How is everyone else doing???

on their fast break goals?
So far I managed 2days out of 2 for all 3 goals. Which I picked : No soda, Exercise, and Post goals. Woohoo!
