Ok. Need a pep talk. I hav completely changed my eating habits and am c2d15. Still only 4 lbs wt loss. I'm at 166. Scared to exercise cause I have to force myself to get 1200 calories in a day. Im just full all the time (good thing ). I feel like giving up cause the scale isn't moving. My friend is doing diet and we r eating about the exact same things and she has lost almost 12 pounds!! Sooo frustrated!! Help!!

I am seeing the same thing here. I lost 5 lbs and now nothing, but I feel better and have even had others notice the difference already. Makes me want to jump up and down on the scale to get it to move, but with my luck it will go up!

Don't rely just on what the scales say...if you do feel thinner, then chances are you have lost inches. Plateaux are common, unfortunately, but that doesn't mean that you have not made any progress in other ways! Persist and youb will see the scales move again! *S*

I feel the same way. I have been on for about 2 weeks now and barely lost over a pound. Honestly I don't even feel like I am "fitting my clothes" better yet either. I am trying to keep my head up though. I know change doesn't happen overnight. On a good note I am feeling a little more energetic and a little less stressed.

You may have inches. Sometimes the scale number isn't everything...it's how we feel! It takes time for your body to get used to changes.
