I took a while before I managed to eyeball measure food- it just isn't that easy, but it is possible to do-I still weigh out food if I am not sure-but generally a good estimate is enough.

I always worked silly hours and was permanently tired..it IS difficult to fit in exercise in those circumstances, and i can certainly relate to the tired angle very much! If your job is active, you are getting some benefit, but what I used to do was to go to the gym from work and then go home and rest. Not always possible, especially in the heat of the middle of the day here at the moment. I would just pick a time after resting up in the evening and do half an hour- it doesn't have to be much, just something to keep you in the exercise loop. that is what i try to do, especially now with the restrictions of chemo and the tiredness that goes with it...

I think I jumped to Stage 2 a little early, but it's going okay so far. Measuring out food is tough, but I'm learning how to eyeball measurements.

Good luck everyone! We can do it!
