Week 5

Wow, this is our final week, with June just around the corner... this week we are including Sunday May 31st then we begin Monday June 1st as our new month of Team Challenges.

Let's Finish Strong... emoticon

With my fragile state and recovering from surgery I will focus on arm & leg stretching & strengthening exercises. my nutrition intake is all high calorie fluids due to a very painful face and mouth from surgery!

I am not able to do a full program but will do my best.

Good Morning Team,

Congrats on a great Month of April, you all worked so hard and did a fantastic job at meeting your goals. Good Job!!!

I will send out your Goodie Awards in the next few days once I am back home from surgery...

WOW, Hard to believe that May is with us in a few days, let's get started and have a Fantastic month ahead...

As always I stand with you and cheer you on your journey...Keep Sparking and Keep up the Great work...You CAN do it...

I have 2 Team Challenges for you this month...Hope you will join me and make this month the best one ever...

We can as we Keep Sparking On Together 1 step and 1 day at a time...

Team Challenge 1

Eat 5 to 8 servings of Fresh Veggies and Fruits per day
Stay within your daily calorie range
Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day
Aim to get at least 25 grams or more of fibre in your diet per day

Team Challenge 2

Daily Cardio, let's aim for at least 30 minutes or more per day
Strength Training 3x per week between 20 minutes or more per session: you chose the days
Run Walk Jog daily at least 15 minutes or more each session

Not sure what this monthly challenge is? For me I am not about weight loss but being accountable, loggin in, tracking food, drinking my water, and moving.
