Hello Judith,

I wanted to know if I can do just one of the challenges. I think I am not able to handle both of them at the same time just yet. I am just returning back on this journey. I don't want to go beyond my means. Hopefully and prayerfully, I will be able to do both challenges with some modifications towards the end of the year.

Evening Hello Team,

Wishing you a great Wednesday and Week ahead.

I also want to congratulate you on a great job you have done this past month. You have done a great job in meeting your goals. Keep up the great work... .

Hard to believe that September has gone by so quickly.

Tomorrow we begin a brand new month of October. Having said that, I have been thinking about our next Challenge and have 2 new Challenges for you this month...

For this next month I encourage you to raise the bar to your personal best. Let's see how far we can go with aiming for a better & healthier “Me” and lifestyle.

This month's challenge will address both Nutrition and Fitness.

Let's keep pushing on together and be the healthiest we can be.

Team Challenge # 1

Track our Water intake aiming for 8 Glasses per day.
Stay within your Calorie Range
Increase your Fiber intake
Eat between 5 to 6 Fresh Veggies and Fruit or more per day

Team Challenge # 2

Strength Train 3 times per week at least 25 minutes or more each session
Cardio 5 days a week 30 minutes or more per session
Overall Stretching routine after each Cardio workout between 5 and 7 minutes per session

So who is onboard? Are you ready to join me and see how far you can raise the bar to your personal best? Let's Push on and be the men and women God would have us to be.

You are welcome to modify any of these Nutritional and or Fitness Challenges to meet your needs better..
