After 3 trips to the chiropractor (and more to come) my fitness plan is having a major over-haul.

My nutrition plan will remain intact, but the ol' bod just isn't cooperating the way I want it to. So I'm re-doing my fitness plan on a trial and error basis to see what I can do.

I am still getting my 10 minutes twice a day . . . but currently not at the intensity level to result in a drop on the scales.

So I'm thankful for my health and will maintain a good attitude during the process.

Part of the journey to health . . . and I am committed.

I doubt I will make it. It have gain 4# this week due to a bleed into my thigh so need to get that settled down before any exercising or reabsorbing the bleed. Good luck to you!!

June - new goals
I've been maintaining since January, within a 2 pound range.
