Did a walk/run today for 2 miles. It's less than I normally run. But it's outside, rather than in a gym. So I'll give myself a little latitude and be happy about it.

I got 25 minutes of high intensity Elliptical in .What I'm doing there is moving up a level each week and then trying to stay at 3+ miles for the 25 minute workout.

The 25 minute thing seems to be working for me. 25 this morning, 2.67 miles. (yes, I was sort of relaxed.)

Sticking to my plan. I'll catch up briefly.
1st day 25 minutes elliptical 2.47 miles
2nd day 25 minutes elliptical 2.57 miles
3rd day 25 minutes elliptical 2.67 miles

The plan is to get to 3 miles... which is 8 minute miles. That may be harder than I think :-)

I did 30 minutes of circuit training this morning. I burned roughly 500 calories again. This pace, and plan is exactly what I need to keep motivated. Even though there is no one here now, there will be. I know it.Faith.

30 minutes... 2.5 miles. Walk/Run. The goal is to get back to sub 10 minute miles soon. That will definitely help with the weight loss. Who else is doing anything?

I got in 30 minutes of Cardio this morning. I decided that I MUST get better on the timing thing. I MUST be back in time for my 5:30 meeting. So, I'm going to increase the intensity just a little bit each week.
