Yesterday I did a lot of cardio exercise, then tidied up the house. While I was putting clutter into drawers and cabinets I saw a favorite summer house-dress (one piece, long skirt, cool cotton). The last time I tried it on was last summer and it was too small then. But yesterday I could get it on!!! It wasn't tight but loose!!! My work on myself has been working emoticon

Hey everyone! I rock! I went out of town for two days and only gained one pound. We were on the seventh floor of the hotel. Rather than take the elevator, I took the stairs up and down. I was so proud of myself because I was in shape. I was barely winded when I got to the top. Only minor soreness in my legs. That was the only exercise I could do, so I did it both days that I was there.
