1. Exercise at lunch since this morning was a bust
2. Drink lots of water 8 cups worth.
3. Have a smoothie for lunch to keep the one smoothie a day streak
4. Be more positive and not so hard on myself I am doing great.

The FIVE THINGS from last night really helped me stay on track so here it is for today:

1) 10 glasses of water
2) 8,500 steps
3) In bed by 10
4) Plan exercise WITH timeslots for the rest of the week
5) Walk to store for fresh produce (and some fresh air)

1. Tracked food and exercise on SP for the first time this year.
2. Sprang for a 60-minute massage to ease the stiffness and pain in my neck...much better.
3. Went to the gym for 45 minutes of not-too-strenuous cardio (elliptical + 1 mile run).
4. Made a healthy dinner and stayed within my calorie range for the day.
5. Resolved to start going to the gym early in the morning, before work.

I ate oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast.
I did 60 minutes of zumba.
I went to a writer's workshop group and shared my writing and also wrote here on Spark.
I had vegetable and turkey meatball soup for lunch and some fruit.
I drank a lot of water.

My house is warm and cozy.
my sciatica is WAY better today. No meds.
I had lunch with friends today.
I love my boyfriend and he loves me.
I had a fab salad for dinner and stayed in calorie range today.

Made Spark Recipe's 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins (delicious!)

1. go for jog on wake up (DONE)
2. eat a smart breakfast (Smoothie w/ tons of protein & fruit, DONE)
3. pack a smart lunch (sandwhich, artichoke, banana DONE)
4.complete girl scout paperwork (will do this afternoon, I'm carrying it around with me so I won't forget it)
5. walk after work (of all the above, this is the most likely to fall by the wayside when I get busy, it's good I ran this morning
