1. Did two arm video workouts during the day (did not wait until the evening)
2. Finished SparkCoach before 10pm
3. Finished a deliverable project before noon
4. Made a great dinner by planning ahead (prepped things during the day during a break from work) so that it gave my hubby and I time to walk and then come back and make dinner quickly
5. I rearranged plans to spend important time with my mom and brother and his family this weekend.

1) I went for a 15k run even though it was -20 outside.
2) I remembered to take all of my supplements.
3) I tried applying coconut oil to my hair to see if it could counter the effects of salt water swimming.
4) I tracked my exercise and my good eating.
5) I did not allow myself to engage in a discussion with my mother about a potentially explosive topic. I asked her to please agree to disagree and keep the politics off Facebook, if she could. emoticon

Hmmm...the day is young but I'll give it a shot:

1) I went for a 45 minute swim at 5:45 this morning.
2) I made a pancake breakfast for my family
3) I got to work on time to teach my participants
4) I dressed in pink from head to toe
5) I remembered to congratulate myself for having a great day on track yesterday.
